Products will be delivered by Yamato Transport within Japan and EMS overseas.

Shipping, tax exemption and export costs

Shipping costs per order are 900 yen (tax included) within Japan (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa), 2,000 yen (tax included) within Japan (Hokkaido and Okinawa), 4,000 yen (tax free) for Asia, 5,000 yen for Oceania and Europe, and 5,500 yen for the United States.

If you purchase more than 20,000 yen (tax included) in one purchase, shipping will be free domestically only.

In the case of overseas delivery, Japanese consumption tax is not applicable. However, customs duties, local taxes and other fees may be incurred in the destination country, but these will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation, return and exchange of orders

Return and exchange deadline:
Within one week of receiving the product.
However, we will only accept returns of unworn items in the same condition as when they were shipped, including packaging, tags, accessories, etc.
In addition, this only applies to items that come with a delivery note and receipt.
Size exchange is possible only once.
In the case of defective products, we will cover the shipping costs, but in the case of returns and exchanges, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer (we will cover the shipping costs for re-shipment).
If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and other expenses.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

*For customers outside of Japan, we will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. You are responsible for paying shipping charges for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return the item via freight recovery service and the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Depending on the product, there may be slight differences between the numerical values and the actual dimensions. Also, the color of the actual product may differ slightly from the images depending on your PC environment, display, etc.
