Payment Methods

If you choose to pay by credit card, shipping may occur after confirmation by the card company.

Shipping

Products will be delivered within Japan by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express, and internationally by EMS or Yamato Transport International Ta-Q-Bin.

Shipping Fees, Tax Exemption, and Export-Related Costs

Shipping fees per order are: 900 JPY (tax included) within Japan (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa), 2,000 JPY (tax included) for Hokkaido and Okinawa, and a flat rate for international shipments: Asia 4,000 JPY (tax exempt), Oceania 5,000 JPY, America 7,000 JPY. Shipping to Europe is not available until further notice.

For purchases of 20,000 JPY (tax included) or more in a single order, shipping is free only within Japan.

For international shipments, Japanese consumption tax is exempt. However, customs duties, local taxes, and other charges may be incurred in the destination country, and these will be the customer's responsibility.

*For inquiries regarding import-related costs such as customs duties, please contact the customs office in the destination country.

Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

Return/Exchange Period:
Within one week of product arrival.
However, returns are only accepted if the product is unworn and returned in the condition it was shipped, including packaging, tags, accessories, and other items.
A delivery note/receipt is also required.
Size exchanges are allowed only once.
In the case of defective products, we will bear the shipping cost. For returns/exchanges, the customer will bear the shipping cost (we will bear the shipping cost for re-delivery).For returns due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and other expenses.
For returns, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival.

※For customers outside of Japan, items will only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same product, please first email [info@wazavi-collection.com] before returning the item, and then send the product to [〒7202125 2-272 Shintokuda, Kannabe-cho, Fukuyama-shi, Hiroshima, 1F].

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you return the product using a freight collection service.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note that there may be slight differences between the stated measurements and the actual dimensions for some products. Also, due to your PC environment, display settings, etc., the actual color may differ slightly from what is shown.
